Low-Carb Sauerkraut Sausage Casserole

1 tbsp Oregano
1 Parsley, fresh
1 head Savoy or green cabbage
1 tbsp Thyme
1 White or yellow onion, sliced (110 g/ 3.9 oz), medium
Canned Goods
2 tbsp Lemon juice or leftover sauerkraut, juice
2 cups Sauerkraut
1/2 cup Water or chicken stock
Baking & Spices
1/4 cup Ghee or lard
1/4 tsp Salt
